Description:-Red & Blue Jointed Hoses. Red color Hose is used for Acetylene and other Fuel Gases. Blue or green color Hose for oxygen. This Hose is used for welding and cutting purposes in all types of Industrial workshops, Ship buildings, Repair yards, Steel mills, Service Station, Garages, etc.
Type: – Seamless non-porous rubber compound lining provides resistance to fuel gas,
oxygen and other non-combustible gases.
Reinforcement: – High-Tensile Textile yarn to meet the pressure requirements.
Cover: – Smooth surface cover of high Tensile, cut & abrasion resistant rubber for maximum protection from deteriorating effects of weather.
Lengths: – up to 50/100 MTRS.
Temperature: – Recommended operating temperatures (-) 40oF to (+) 158oF.
SAFETY FACTOR:1 :3 (W.P 200/300 PSI : B.P 600/900 PSI) or 1:4 (W.P 200 PSI : B.P 800 PSI)
Warning:- Do not subject the Hose to extreme limits of temperature & pressure for longer periods.
Storage:– For best results, hoses should be kept on shelves, away from direct sunlight, Heat sources, corrosive fumes, or chemicals. Always issue on a first-in first out basis.
Fittings:– The Hose is available in customized lengths with fittings.
Conforms to: EN 559 / IS 447.
Color: RED, BLUE & GREEN or as desired by the buyer.
Outer Cover: Smooth, Corrugated.
